It's a lesson for us all...

Footballer's missus Alex Curran has said she wishes she hadn't handed over her bod to the surgeon's scalpel.

The 26-year-old wife of Liverpool and England player Steven Gerrard told Fabulous magazine:

"I had my boobs enlarged from a B to a D cup in 2005 to feel more proportioned.

"I regret having them done now because clothes aren't made for girls with big boobs any more, and a good bra gives the same results as a boob job."

Blimey, where's she shopping?

Luckily the mum-of-two hasn't messed around with her pins. Al said:

"My husband Steven loves my legs. They're quite long so I can wear pretty much anything and pull it off."
