Nas Faces Charges Of Driving Under The Influence(DUI)

Rapper NAS is facing charges of driving under the influence (DUI) after cops allegedly caught him high behind the wheel in September (09).
The I Can star, real name Nasir Jones, was pulled over by traffic police in Henry County, Georgia on 10 September (09). The officers noticed the smell of "raw marijuana" coming from his car as they started questioning him.
According to a police report, obtained by TMZ.com, Nas confessed to smoking the drug at a pal's home minutes before he was flagged down by police.
In the report, the arresting officer alleges Nas had "eyelid tremors in both eyes and body tremors", adding, "Mr. Jones had a green tongue with raised taste buds and his pulse was raised to 116 beats per minute."
Nas was booked for DUI and authorities are currently preparing to file a case against him.
