According to contactmusic,Freeway Ricky Ross former drug kingpin filed a trademark infringement lawsuit on Friday (18Jun10) in the California U.S. District Court.Jay-z who was the boss of Def Jam records during the time Roberts(Rick Ross) was signed to the label in 2006 will be asked to testify in Court.Freeway Ricky Ross is requesting a temporary restraining order and permanent injunction to block the release of the new Rick Ross's album Teflon Don.
