Afeni Shakur To Sue Anyone Who Tries To Release Sex Tape Of Her Son Tupac

Several pictures from a sex tape made by late rapper Tupac Shakur were released yesterday. That might be as close as the public will get to ever seeing any parts of the footage. That's because 'Pac's mom, Afeni Shakur, is prepared to sue anyone who tries to release the video.

A spokesperson for Tupac's estate told TMZ "we will sue anyone who tries to sell a Tupac tape."

The estate is trying to figure out the identities of all the people in the video, including the female performing a sexual act on 'Pac.

Afeni is said to be prepared to fight the release of the tape tooth and nail.

"Get the legal team ready because [we] will not allow someone to put it out." Afeni reportedly said.

The Many Women of Michael Jackson's Doctor

The trial of Dr. Conrad Murray is giving viewers a look into the private life of the personal physician to the late Michael Jackson. Few of those revelations have been positive.

Perhaps most intriguing to the trial's followers has been the information about Dr. Murray's love life. Murray's past and present girlfriends recently took the stand at the trial.

The prosecution is hinting that Murray was perhaps distracted by his girlfriends in the hours leading up to the death of Michael Jackson. A large part of the prosecution's strategy appears to be to paint Murray as a man who had taken on too many debts. He was earning $150,000 per month as Jackson's cardiologist.

According to phone records, Murray "was reportedly communicating with four women: Sade Anding, Nicole Alvarez, Michelle Bella, and Bridgette Morgan" near the time of Jackson's death.

In the Search box, it's Nicole Alvarez who is drawing the most attention. Over the past 24 hours, online lookups for the aspiring actress are up over 5,000%. Related searches on her IMDb resume, Facebook page, and biography also hit high notes on Yahoo! Search.ReadMore

Jackson Doctor Never Mentioned Propofol At Hospital

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Prosecutors in the manslaughter trial of Michael Jackson's doctor sought to prove Monday that his physician misled hospital doctors on the day of the singer's death, and was busy on his phone around the time the pop star stopped breathing.
Los Angeles hospital doctors testified that Jackson was already dead when he arrived there on June 25, 2009, and that there was nothing they could have done to save the pop star.
The involuntary manslaughter trial of Dr. Conrad Murray entered its second week Monday. Medical examiners have determined Jackson, 50, died from an overdose of propofol and sedatives.
"Mr. Jackson died long before he became a patient I was personally responsible for," said UCLA Medical Center emergency room doctor Richelle Cooper.
Nevertheless, lengthy attempts were made to revive Jackson before he was formally pronounced dead.
Cardiologist Thao Nguyen said Murray pleaded with staff not to give up. "He sounded desperate and he looked devastated," Nguyen testified.
Murray told the doctors that he had given Jackson only the sedative lorazepam.

Jay-Z Speaks About Beef With Lil Wayne

Wayne talked about the feud in an interview with Vibe last month.

“You can’t do anything but perceive what you hear. If I know that for a fact, I can never be upset about someone’s reaction to it," Wayne said “Every man should know the repercussions and consequences behind whatever they do before they do it. And of course, I know there wont be any repercussions behind what I did.”

Jay spoke publicly about the beef for the first time last week at his Shawn Carter Foundation's Making the Ordinary Extraordinary event.

"That's sport, that's rap music," Jay told MTV. "Nothing is going to change but the participants. I don't even see why that's news."
